This fortnight’s song was recorded way back in 2015, I think, and was the result of experimenting with some weird guitar effects and a vocoder. Have a listen to it below!
Month: March 2018
Sherman Theatre Primary Connections
Over the past few months, not only have I been leading workshops for the Sherman Youth Theatre and assisting with the National Theatre Connections piece, but I have also been assisting with the Sherman in their playwriting workshops in two schools in Cardiff. After they wrote their plays (with the assistance of writers Jeremy Linnell and Darius Nash) we were able to workshop and show these plays to them, to find out what they think. Once we finished showing them what we had come up with, they chose their favourites, and will go on to develop them further, reading for showings in the main house theatre!
Have a look at their feedback below:
Slow
“Slow” is a track I wrote at the start of last year. A cheesy pop rock song, with even cheesier chorus harmonies! Give it a listen here:
Riding To Nowhere
Last fortnight’s track is a cinematic number I wrote 3 years ago called “Riding To Nowhere”. Complete with strings and a slide guitar solo, you can listen to it here:
Muse – Thought Contagion (Cover)
You can listen to my acoustic cover of the new Muse single, “Thought Contagion” here:
